More Bad News …

We are very sad to hear the great Gene Colan is seriously ill.
The Keeper has long admired the artist’s work and is thankful for many, many great moments Mr. Colan has provided this reader in such comics as Daredevil, Howard The Duck, Tomb of Dracula, Batman and countless others.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Mr. Colan’s family during this difficult time.
Also drew “Wonder Woman” for a spell and penciled DC’s “Phantom Zone” mini in which Kara Zor El referred to Faora Hu Ui as “Sweet cheeks”.
I hope Gene is feeling better soon
Gerber and Colan on the Super family - it was a great team and a great book.
i’ve just read the letter from gene’s wife, and it’s not looking too good. this is terrible, sad news. gene is a true master of the form, and a sterling individual. my hope and my love go out to him and his family. hang in there, gene, mate. please, hang in there.
