First Mary Marvel, now Batgirl.

It appears DC is out to do right by super-heroines who have … um, shall we say … received less than stellar treatment.

Although we’re still disappointed that Gail Simone’s Angel of The Bat concept never saw the light of day, at least the DiDiots have apparently realized that Batgirl has greater potential as a heroine than a second-rate Lady Shiva.

Now if only somebody would do something interesting with Batwoman. It’s looking like DC created the character solely for the sake of publicity …
